Blalo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Blalo mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

    • Authentication Data: To access specific features like the “Wardrobe,” users must log in. We collect your Phone Number or Google Account email (via Google Authentication) to create and secure your account.
    • User-Generated Content (Images): Our Wardrobe feature allows you to upload and store images. These images are stored on our servers so you can access your digital wardrobe across different devices.
    • Optional Information: We may collect your Name if you voluntarily choose to provide it within your user profile.
    • Guest Access: You may use portions of the app without logging in; however, features requiring data storage (like the Wardrobe) will be unavailable in guest mode.

  2. Use of Data Blalo uses the collected data to:

    • Provide and maintain the Service.
    • Allow you to participate in interactive features like the Wardrobe.
    • Provide customer support.
    • Monitor usage to detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

  3. Data Storage and Retention

    • Images: Your uploaded images are stored securely. We retain this data only for as long as your account remains active.
    • Data Security: We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data and images, though no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
  4. Data Deletion Request You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including images and personal info) at any time. To submit a deletion request, please use our: Account Deletion Request Form Once submitted, we will process your request and delete your data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.
  5. Third-Party Services We use Google Authentication for secure login. Their use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
  6. Children’s Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
